As a leadership advisor and certified executive coach, Leila Ansart has 13+ years experience helping senior leaders to evolve their leadership style in today’s world, resulting in remarkable results in their employees. Her personal mission is to positively impact thousands by making their day-to-day experience at work more meaningful and engaging.
She focuses her work on entrepreneurs and senior leaders in the tech, science and professional services markets.

Originally from Philadelphia, Leila’s been based in Jacksonville Beach for the last 8 years. Married and a mom of two kids and a ‘fuzzy child’, Leila enjoys hiking in the mountains, skiing, travel and good food. A little known fact: You might find Leila occasionally belting out a song or two at karaoke.

Cynthi is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management, and specializing in Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Transition.
Cynthi is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading and webinars, and when she's not working, likes K-Dramas, ice hockey, and live music.

Courtney approach is based in practical strategies and actions that can be applied consistently and with immediate results. She strives for leaders to align their behavior and results with their key values and objectives.
Courtney resides in Southern California and frequently travels to London and other cities in Europe to work with clients and relax.

Colleen L. Byers (she/her) is passionate about driving performance, developing and retaining talent, and enhancing the delivery of highly effective client service.
As a lawyer in private practice for thirteen years, Colleen litigated complex business, trust, estate, fiduciary and professional liability disputes with a multi-office law firm in North Carolina.
When she’s not working or teaching yoga to high achieving professionals, Colleen enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and hiking with her husband, their daughters, and their faithful German Shepherd.

Pritesh (he/him) is a proven leadership strategist and C-suite advisor. He partners with executives to help them to align their business, technology, and human capital strategies in the professional services, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, and IT and IT services industries.
Pritesh resides in New Jersey and Frequently travels to India and other parts of the world in his quest for lifelong learning. He enjoys expanding his knowledge and skills in Adaptability (AQ), Positive (PQ), Spiritual (SQ), and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to boost his understanding of the B.R.A.V.E. mindset further. When he's not working, he likes to watch cricket, listen to music, and relax.
