Q1 is underway, and execution is already getting messy for many teams.
 

You're invited to ​our Q1 Alignment Lab—a facilitated working session where leaders diagnose why clear priorities result in inconsistent execution.
 

What's the format?
 

  • Before the session, you'll submit an anonymized scenario where execution broke down in your organization. The group votes on which scenario we diagnose together—so the conversation is always anchored in real challenges you're facing.

  • Using that scenario, we'll explore how interpretation gaps form, where assumptions go unspoken, and how execution starts to fall apart.

  • This isn't a presentation. It's a working session. You'll leave with clarity on patterns you can apply immediately to your own team.
