Our quarterly Alignment Labs are facilitated working sessions curated for executive level discussion.
We focus on the gaps between executive teams that perform on-time and on-budget, and those that don't. Attendees will diagnose an anonymized team scenario and discuss the insights that emerge.
Attending leaders will work together to diagnose why clear priorities result in inconsistent execution.
What's the format?

Before the session, you'll submit an anonymized scenario where execution broke down in your organization. The group votes on which scenario we diagnose together—so the conversation is always anchored in real challenges you're facing.

Using that scenario, we'll explore how interpretation gaps form, where assumptions go unspoken, and how execution starts to fall apart.
Rather than another webinar, this is an active working session with senior leaders.
You'll leave with clarity on patterns you can apply immediately to your own team.

The Leadership Impact Strategies (LIS) Alignment Lab is a facilitated working session for senior leaders, built around a real execution challenge submitted anonymously by the group before the session. Attendees diagnose the scenario together, exploring where interpretation gaps form and why clear priorities produce inconsistent results. It is not a webinar. You will leave with patterns you can apply to your own team immediately.
Who facilitates this event?
Leila Ansart is an Executive Coach that has facilitated hundreds of hours of strategic conversations among senior leaders. She keeps the discussion targeted on what's needed to strengthen C-suite level decisions on the topic selected, ensuring that all participants can contribute. Attendees typically find that the value comes as much from the room as from the agenda.
Will there be a sales pitch?
