In this new Covid-19 era, we are all facing challenges and being stretched outside of our comfort zones. This can create stress and anxiety in us, often mixed in with positive emotions too. (We’re complicated humans, aren’t we?)
When we practice meditation + mindfulness, we have the ability to lower stress, increase our positive mood, and focus on improving our quality of life, as it relates to our mental health.
