5 Day Challenge

to END your Limiting Self Talk

Imagine if you didn’t get ‘beat up’ by your critical self talk. You know, when you’re unsure about how you came across in a meeting, or how your feedback was received, and you hear that mean voice inside telling you all the ways you could have done it better.

Wouldn’t it be great to be full of confidence instead?

It’s actually possible, friends!

The problem: You perform well most of the time,

except when you’re stepping out into something new and you feel the self-doubt creep in and start to criticize your actions.

You wonder if those mean statements are true, and you’re the only one who doesn’t see it (oh, that would be so embarrassing).

You run the scenario over and over in your head, searching for clues of where you went wrong. Then to top it off, you feel guilty too!

Unless you were raised on a beautiful island by fairies, no one taught you how to process these internal conversations, deal with them, and see through the haze of self doubt they create to find the truth. No one teaches this stuff when we’re young.

The solution: There ARE a few simple steps you can take

to determine if those statements you hear are true, discover the truth instead (if they’re not true) and NOT get hit upside the head with the crappy feelings you get when you feel badly about yourself and your choices. You can learn to process those internal conversations like a balanced adult and avoid the embarrassment you feel, wondering if those snarky statements you hear inside are really true.

How I can help: All the ‘guru’s’ that I knew in the ‘self-help’ world talked about positive affirmations and being kind to yourself.

Be nice to yourself! yada yada…

But I had a hard time figuring out HOW, in a practical way that lasted.

(And my positive affirmations felt good for about 30 seconds —or not at all, more like I was kidding myself, which then kicked my critical self talk in EVEN MORE.)

After going through this struggle myself (FOR YEARS!!!!), I figured out WHY I couldn’t seem to turn down the volume on that critical voice and the key ingredients I was missing to do so.

And I figured, HECK!!, more people need to know this! So I created this 5 Day Challenge to tell you exactly what to do … and I’m explaining it in baby steps one day at a time. And it’s free. Boom.

Wow Leila, this was amazing. It was like you were inside my head. Thank you for this gift! My self talk is so much healthier now!

Hi, I’m Leila,

and my self-talk used to beat me up too.

When I failed or procrastinated on a project, I’d hear badgering comments in my head that made me feel even worse.

Worse than the feelings these snarky comments gave me was the embarrassment of wondering… were these things true and I was the only one who couldn’t see it? Yeeesh.

I found out how to turn down the volume on my critical self talk… and it’s embarrassment buddy, and it changed everything!

And I figured… I’ve got to share this with people!!!

So do it now. I guarantee it will be a fresh approach that is super effective.

Feel better. Avoid the slumps. Get a healthy self-talk habit by learning these steps.
